PricingHow does billing work?Teknicad creates estimates by the project. During a project additional expense may accrue due to Job change orders or expanded project definitions. Invoicing may happen at the end a of a project or during a project according to it's length.

Submittal Process
How do we get started?- Send us your design drawings, specification packages and project scope.
- You Will recieve a estimate within 24 hours. Small jobs may get quoted and finished within a few hours.
- With your estimate you will recieve a shop drawing scope.
- Send a P.O.
Do you require a deposit?Not usually. Large projects may require a deposit and partial payments.
Can I get a quote for change order revisions?Yes. I can quote a price for revisions instead of billing per the hour for design changes.

What Software do you use.Primarily AutoCAD Also; Solidworks, SpaceClaim, Sketchup
Are you drawings AWI compliant?Yes. All our millwork drawings are AWI compliant.
Availability
When are you available?Weekdays 8am to midnight. Signing off early on Fridays.
Can you get this large job done yesterday?All things are possible. Send the job now. No estimate will be created. Submit a rush order list of items by order of priority. The cost of this service can be double the regular amount.
Extras
Do you create CNC toolpaths?Yes. There may a be setup process for your machine. The CNC patterns are a separate cost and process.
Can you provide custom furniture/cabinetry design?Yes. If you provide dimensions and as much information as possible. We can create for you custom plans for Kitchens cabinetry, retail mall units, flatpack furniture or backyard gazebos.
